All products sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable unless:
- We have given you a different item/ size from what you have ordered.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and paid.
- Item tag(if any) must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done.
- Order/Check correct measurements/material before ordering, no exchange if ordered wrongly or dissatisfied.
